Your role in making a difference:
We are in search of a passionate and committed Infant Educator to join our Shepherd's Flock. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 9 to 18 months. You will have the chance to blend your educational expertise with the core values of our faith-based organization, offering children a comprehensive and enriching educational experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 7 AM - 3 PM and 10 AM - 6 PM.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, including coursework in Human Growth and Development and Lifespan Development.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in early childhood education is preferred.
- Comfort and experience in caring for infants aged 9 to 18 months.
- Completion of Early Childhood Education Level 3 or willingness to obtain post-hire.
- Completion of Infant Toddler Level 2 certification or willingness to obtain post-hire.
