Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our team at FACE FOUNDRI Wayzata. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-notch skincare treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Skincare Treatments: Perform 40-minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing, and brow tinting, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining State Board compliance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times, achieving all services and product goals, and following FACE FOUNDRI guidelines.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products, actively promoting additional services when appropriate.
  • Teamwork: Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRI personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
  • Store Operations: Assist in all in-store operational processes, ensuring store standards are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
  • Esthetics Advanced Practice License
  • Experience: Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
  • Communication Skills: Developed communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
