Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct minor carpentry and general maintenance repairs
- Provide support on energy management issues and compliance with regulatory agencies
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through Carle Health policies and procedures
- Work with staff to provide a safe and comfortable environment
- Maintain familiarity with building systems and demonstrate ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain those systems
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar field
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a Windows-based OS
- Valid Driver's License in the State of Illinois
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
