**Job Summary:**
As a Construction Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. This will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing, as well as responding to emergency situations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
