Key Responsibilities

Associate Training Programs
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and skill assessments.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with TPM pillar capability requirements and enhance employee competencies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and make continuous improvements.
Onboarding Processes
  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding program to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization and align them with TPM principles.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including orientation sessions and mentorship programs.
High-Performance Team Development
  • Support Site PP with creation and development of high-performance teams within the manufacturing site.
  • Coordinate with PP owners on team-building activities, workshops, and interventions to enhance collaboration and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on learning and development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$60, $82,455.00
