Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative VP of Marketing to join our dynamic team at Jobot. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of a fast-growing technology company. As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances brand equity and awareness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company's CXL Memory products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging memory technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners.
  • Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company's objectives.
  • Track competitors' activities and provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, etc in a technical field, preferably semiconductor or memory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with CXL Memory technology and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
