Job Title: Sprinkler Inspector

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. As a Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing fire sprinkler systems and associated devices to ensure they are fully functional and operational.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Test Fire Sprinkler Systems: Conduct thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems to identify any defects or malfunctions.
  • Complete Inspection Reports: Document all inspection findings and submit reports to management.
  • Follow Inspection Schedule: Maintain a structured inspection schedule to ensure all systems are inspected and tested on a regular basis.
  • Input and Retrieve Inspection Documents: Use computer systems to input and retrieve inspection documents and reports.
  • Complete Assigned Inspections: Ensure all assigned inspections are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Safety First: Prioritize the safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Texas RME-I or NICET II in Water Based Systems, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a high level of customer service and be able to work well with others.
  • Self-Starter: Be a self-starter who can work with little to no supervision and have strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and smartphone proficiency.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds with assistance, climb ladders, and work with scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including alternate shifts or weekends, to meet customer requirements.
  • Safety: Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Training: Desire to take and successfully complete the Inspector Entrance Course (Electrical or Sprinkler) and OSHA requirements provided by company training.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
  • Experience: Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and operational/product manuals, as well as experience with hand tools and barcode scanners.
