Job Title: Account Executive - Corporate Event Sales

360 Destination Group is a leading national destination and event management company with a strong presence in the US. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Santa Barbara & Ojai office.

About the Role:

We are looking for a sales-driven, organized, and hospitality-oriented individual to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through the creative development and fulfillment of program content. You will represent 360DG at national industry events, local industry events, tradeshows, and conferences, as required by the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture consistent relationships with key hotels/hoteliers.
  • Stay up-to-date and on the pulse of events, new venues, and new experiences in local destinations.
  • Organize Familiarization tours for clients and prospective clients, and directly oversee all local sales-related special projects.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, CVB, industry consortiums, and third parties.
  • Actively prospect and develop new opportunities within designated market territories.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled Sales Strategy Meetings with the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 3 years of hospitality (DMC or Hotel) experience.
  • 2+ years of sales-related experience preferred.
  • Advanced skills in CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of local destination offerings such as restaurants, clubs, festivals, tours, and venues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
