Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will assist guests both in person and over the phone, providing information and support with professionalism and warmth. You will manage reservations and seating arrangements for daily and nightly service, ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests. Your role will involve being an ambassador for our restaurant, crafting personalized experiences, and building lasting relationships with guests that encourage them to return.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming all guests and sharing your knowledge about the area. Ensuring fair and consistent seating arrangements for guests. Maintaining an organized and tidy host stand, including paperwork and stock. Managing incoming calls and accurately booking reservations. Taking room service orders when necessary. Monitoring the cleanliness and accuracy of the dining area and assisting with table bussing. Supporting servers by refilling beverages as needed. Addressing various restaurant and customer service requests from guests. Embracing a flexible approach, as all team members may take on additional responsibilities as needed.Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to learn and communicate product, menu, and allergy information effectively. Familiarity with or willingness to learn the restaurant's point-of-sale and reservation systems. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. Food Handler Certification (if applicable). Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
