Talented Nurses Sought for Stepdown Roles

We are currently seeking skilled Stepdown Nurses (RN) to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide patient care in transitional units where patients are too sick for the med-surg floor but not sick enough for intensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and monitor patient progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.
  • Calculate drug dosage, titrate medication doses, administer continuous medication infusion, and monitor patients for effects of medication.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Stepdown Nurses play a vital role in bridging the gap between med-surg and ICU care, requiring strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. If you have a minimum of 1 year of RN experience and recent expertise in stepdown nursing, we encourage you to apply.
