We are seeking experienced Stepdown Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in transitional units where patients require close monitoring but not intensive care. As a Stepdown RN, you will:

• Evaluate patient progress, identifying sudden or subtle changes in medical condition.
• Administer medication, titrate doses, and monitor patients for effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Hours worked per week: 36

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN with recent experience in stepdown or similar units.
