What You'll Do

As a Psychiatric Nurse at the Community Psychiatric Institute, you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conducting thorough on-site health assessments and providing timely interventions as needed
  • Administering medications and monitoring client response to treatment
  • Facilitating medication education groups and providing individual counseling sessions
  • Coordinating medical referrals and consultations with other healthcare providers
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A current RN license
  • Experience working with mentally ill or chemically dependent populations
  • Strong nursing skills and ability to administer medications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
