At HallKeen Assisted Living Communities LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Professional to join our team at The Residence at Kenilworth Park.

Job Title: Security Professional

Location: The Residence at Kenilworth Park, Washington, DC 20019

Hours: Part Time

We are offering an estimated salary of $45,000 per year for this role, based on the market rate for security professionals in the Washington, DC area.

Job Summary:

The Security Professional will work closely with the community team to maintain a secure and safe environment for all residents, visitors, and staff. This includes conducting regular patrols around the community and exterior of the building, responding to incidents and critical situations, and maintaining visitor logs as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the community and exterior of the community.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs as required.

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in security, preferably in assisted living or healthcare.
  • Be comfortable working with computer software for daily documentation.

Physical Demands:

  • Physically able to move at least 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Physically able to bend, reach, and work in small areas.
  • Physically able to push and pull equipment and furnishings.
