  • Assist the Accounting Manager in maintaining comprehensive documentation for processes, including audit support and user guides.
  • Implement testing for changes in accordance with established standards.
  • Support external audit processes to achieve timely sign-offs and prevent material misstatements.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to develop standardized metrics and analytical tools.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
  • Demonstrate project management skills while working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess strong written communication skills to convey complex technical and business issues clearly.
  • Engage with Risk Teams and senior executives as needed.
  • Support new enterprise projects and provide valuable input during stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Experience with SQL, SaaS applications, and statistical modeling is preferred.
  • A four-year degree in a related field is required.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAS and/or Python modeling is advantageous.
