We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator Specialist to join our team at American Advanced Management, Inc. This role will play a crucial part in planning, organizing, and implementing nursing education programs across the facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide educational leadership to patients and care providers to enhance specialized patient care within established clinical protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with OBRA Regulations and apply principles of adult learning effectively.
  • Collaborate with department directors to ensure all mandatory and regulatory education requirements are met within the facility.

Qualifications:
Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education:
* 3+ years of experience in nursing supervision
* Strong background in nursing practices as an educator
* Registered Nurse with a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
* BSN preferred

Certification/Licensure:
* Active licensed Registered Nurse in assigned state(s) of employment
* BLS upon hire and ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
* Membership in professional education and nursing associations is desirable

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of clinical protocol, procedures, and standards within area of nursing expertise.
* Ability to provide operational guidance and leadership to technical staff in area of specialty.
* Familiarity with related accreditation and certification requirements.
* Working knowledge of established clinical and preceptorship models in the development of clinical education programs.
* Technical leadership skills within area of expertise.
* Advanced nursing skills in area of specialty.
* Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present effectively to small and large groups.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
