Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum of 12 years in geotechnical or construction materials testing engineering.
  • Designation as a senior reviewer in previous roles.
  • Established connections within the local market.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering standards, construction codes, and their applications across various project types.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with robust project and risk management skills.
  • Familiarity with current geotechnical software for feasibility studies, project management, and foundation analysis.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on business development.

Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on geotechnical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory; candidates must be able to obtain a local license through reciprocity within three months of hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical emphasis from an accredited institution.
