**Requirements:**

• GED or High School Diploma

• Interest in or experience with orchestral music preferred

• Commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience

• Prior work experience in a retail establishment; experience in a high-end retail setting strongly preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to work at both Severance Music Center and Blossom Music Center

• Demonstrate proficiency in Point of Sale systems, cash, and credit processing

• Demonstrate independent, mature judgment and convey a professional image and attitude
