Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Auto Centers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers on the sales floor, determine their vehicle needs, and provide recommendations.
- Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on the road.
- Suggest optional equipment and accessories to customers.
- Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount.
- Prepare sales slips or sales contracts.
- Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
- Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer databases.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit feedback to improve service.
- Oral Communication: Speak clearly and persuasively, listen and get clarification, respond well to questions, and demonstrate group presentation skills.
- Business Acumen: Display orientation to profitability, demonstrate knowledge of market and competition.
- Cost Consciousness: Contribute to profits and revenue.
- Ethics: Treat people with respect, keep commitments, inspire trust, work with integrity and ethically, and uphold organizational values.

Preferred Education/Experience:
An Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
