Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business users and external service providers to develop IT-supported business processes
  • Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests in third-level support
  • Analyze, define, and conceptually and technically handle requirements for the inventory management system from the retail centers
  • Implement process and technical innovations for the inventory management system and international retail centers
  • Continuously develop and shape release cycles and their functional and technical content

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • First experience with software release processes
  • Ideally, some knowledge of SAP S/4HANA systems and material management processes
  • Experience with Oracle databases
