About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Prestige Care Inc. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supervise and guide clinical staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Document resident conditions and nursing needs accurately and promptly.
  • Implement physicians' orders and administer medications and treatments as required.
  • Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent care.
  • Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
  • Report and record pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents.
  • Coordinate nursing care of residents when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
  • Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • One year experience in nursing preferred.
