Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing Assistance:
Support the processing of mortgage loan applications, including gathering documents, verification, and data entry.

Client Support:
Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on loan progress.

Document Oversight:
Ensure all loan documentation is thorough, precise, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Data Evaluation:
Examine loan data to uncover trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for enhancement.

Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all operations comply with these standards.

Reporting Duties:
Create and maintain reports on loan processing activities, identifying areas for operational improvement.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.

Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in mortgage operations or a comparable role.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and recognize trends.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Certifications:
Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license is advantageous.
