We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Par Pacific. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our fuel pumps, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operate our fuel pumps, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock inventory, package items sold, and maintain store displays to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, as well as maintaining proper inventory levels and shift audits.
  • Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness and basic upkeep of equipment.
  • Participate in safety programs and trainings, and report any equipment problems or safety concerns.
  • Work cohesively with other employees to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform basic math accurately and communicate effectively in English (orally and in writing).
  • Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and arrive on time.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to see with 20/40 vision (corrective lenses acceptable) and hear customer requests and gas pumps.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with retail sales and cash handling.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous customer service experience.
