Job Overview

Terminix Service Inc of Shelby, NC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician (Pest Management Professional) to manage an established pest control route by selling services to new/current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services.

This role offers an unlimited commission-based earning potential. As a Pest Control Technician (Pest Management Professional), the average income is $50,000 in commissions, incentives and bonuses.

Requirements
  • No experience necessary We provide paid training.
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate and maintain a company truck
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Physical ability to crawl and work in small confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
  • Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
  • Sales ability
