Software Programmer Role

We are seeking a talented Software Programmer to join our team at Manpower Engineering. As a Software Programmer, you will work closely with project engineers and team managers to prepare detailed plans and execute software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with project engineers and team managers to develop software solutions
* Prepare detailed plans for software development projects
* Develop and implement software designs and processes
* Ensure software solutions meet project requirements and deadlines

Requirements:

* Associate degree in a Technical field or 4 years of relevant work experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in software development
* Strong understanding of software design concepts and processes
* Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet schedules
* High level proficiency in C++, C#, Python, and Jscript
* Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, AutoCAD, and PLC/PAC systems
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
