Senior Product Manager for Government Solutions

Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our government product team, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our product strategy, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of eligibility solutions and data analytics. Your role will involve aligning our strategic goals with customer insights to foster organizational coherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the market introduction of new products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with the market strategy team to gather and assess product requirements through customer feedback, competitive analysis, and product research.
  • Formulate and propose business requirements for product features, ensuring effective design, validation, and usability testing throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Maintain a multi-year product roadmap, directing the release process for new products and enhancements based on business priorities.
  • Manage existing products resulting from strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to comprehend the company's technology stack to enhance product management insights.
  • Proficient in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategy.
  • Capable of engaging in informed discussions with technology and data teams regarding development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including customers and executives.
  • Proficient in various technologies essential for daily operations (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Web Analytics, A/B Testing, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
  • Experience in writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, driving the product vision and strategy.
