Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and financial parameters.
  • Oversee project finances, monitor expenditures, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including workforce, materials, tools, and subcontractors, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify potential risks and devise strategies to address them proactively.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain transparent communication channels to keep stakeholders updated on project status and developments.
  • Review and negotiate agreements with vendors and subcontractors, addressing any contractual matters that arise.
  • Implement and uphold safety measures to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel.
  • Evaluate and manage alterations to project scope, timelines, and budgets, securing necessary approvals.
  • Keep precise and current project documentation, including progress reports and financial records.
  • Address challenges promptly, employing practical solutions to keep projects on course.
  • Incorporate environmentally sustainable practices into construction whenever feasible.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Skills Required:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and team collaboration.
  • Able to work effectively with a diverse team and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
  • Preferred: Valid construction manager's license or certification.
