Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely check-in and check-out processes
  • Support sales and marketing efforts, including promoting membership options and visit packages
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with patients and team members
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients and team members
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
