About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housing Outreach Coordinator to join our team at Sacred Path Indigenous Wellness Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in connecting the Los Angeles County Native community with housing assistance, affordable housing options, and supportive services.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are passionate about community outreach, housing programs, and social services, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage target populations, including low-income families, homeless individuals, veterans, and others in need of housing assistance.
  • Establish partnerships with community organizations, shelters, non-profits, and social service agencies to expand the reach of housing programs.
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and information sessions to raise awareness about housing resources.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in community outreach, housing programs, or social services.
  • Knowledge of housing resources, affordable housing policies, and social services.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
