Overview:

As a key member of the Marketing Systems Web Analytics Solutions team, the Senior A/B Testing Analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating across various departments to define business and functional requirements, provide technical guidance, and conduct feasibility assessments for A/B testing and personalization initiatives. This position emphasizes A/B test planning and execution, aiming to ensure a high level of data precision that translates into actionable insights and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily A/B testing operations and communicate the readiness and execution status of various test campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design and implement A/B tests.
  • Draft business and functional requirements for cross-functional projects associated with A/B testing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data collection across multiple testing platforms.
  • Exhibit up-to-date expertise in web analytics to enhance the development, execution, and refinement of action plans.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise in A/B testing to project team members.
  • Oversee thorough acceptance testing of A/B test campaigns.
  • Manage communication and workflows with various A/B testing vendor platforms.
  • Effectively engage in multiple initiatives concurrently, tracking all open issues and ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in A/B and multivariate testing across web and mobile channels.
  • Familiarity with testing tools such as Adobe Target, Monetate, and Maxymiser.
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Technology teams to launch A/B tests and recommend enhancements for new and existing features.
  • Knowledge of web analytics reporting suites, including Adobe SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, and IBM Coremetrics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to present clear and actionable results.
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant fields such as Systems/Business Analysis, QA, Product Management, or similar technology roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering solutions across various vendor platforms.
  • Technical aptitude to learn new systems and technologies for future integration into marketing and analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and prompt problem resolution.
