About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our restaurant sales efforts in Orlando. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the restaurant industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at restaurants and foodservice establishments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our restaurant technology solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with restaurant technology solutions, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Knowledge of restaurant industry trends, including menu planning, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Experience working in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of developing and managing sales teams.
