Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Centric Experience: Provide a positive and engaging customer experience by proactively acknowledging and interacting with every customer. Utilize our selling program to promote the sale of the best solution and additional products and services.
  • Store Operations Commitment: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment, adhering to company guidelines and standards. Ensure accurate inventory management and freight processes.
  • Print and Tech Expertise: Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided. Continuously educate yourself on new products and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales Techniques: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and support loss prevention efforts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for information and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for establishing a selling relationship with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete documentation and process inventory.
