Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruitment, hiring, paid time off tracking, payroll, employee engagement, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain updated job descriptions for all positions.
  • Coordinate and participate in the interview process, including background checks and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, ensuring all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits, salary structures, and ensure accuracy of earnings and deductions.
  • Maintain compliance with employment regulations and provide unemployment/employment verifications as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related educational experience.
  • 3-5 years direct Human Resources Management experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation and positive approach to handling challenging issues.
  • Proficiency with Human Resources software and MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or other task management software a plus.
  • Able to work independently on deadline-driven tasks and manage competing priorities.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental insurance, retirement plan contributions (403B), workers' compensation, paid time off, FMLA, and short and long-term disability (STD/LTD).
