Job Summary:
We are seeking a retail customer support specialist to join our team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be responsible for providing basic information to customers about Pay-O-Matic's financial products and services. The representative will also be expected to perform transactions using the POS system and maintain a harmonious work environment with colleagues through mutual respect.

Responsibilities:
Stand for extended periods of time, use POS system for all transactions, work in confined areas alone, open and close the store when required, adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as heavy verbal demands of customer service, successfully performing transactions while upholding Banking-related Compliance rules and regulations, maintaining a harmonious work environment with colleagues through practice of mutual respect.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have one to two years of related experience or equivalent. They should also have superb customer service/communication skills, proficiency in computer operation, strong multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, they should be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, have professional appearance and demeanor, flexibility, and a willingness to accept change quickly. Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work on weekends and holidays. The shift is from 9 am to 7 pm, and the representative may be needed to work overtime.
