**Job Title:** Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team at the Institute for Comm Living. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our clinicians in their daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet clients warmly and inform clinicians of their arrival.
  • Collect client copays and distribute Metro Cards if applicable.
  • Schedule client appointments for CCBHC, HPC, and CFTSS services.
  • Pull client charts for clinicians and maintain chart room organization.
  • File, type, fax, and copy necessary documents for clinicians.
  • Provide documents to requested parties and verify clinician's daily billing encounter forms with schedule.
  • Participate in team-based clinic meetings and keep track of no shows and billable encounters.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Type 35 wpm and operate a personal computer.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party requirements.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
