We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced medical physicist to join our team at Emory University's Department of Radiation Oncology. As a faculty member, you will play a crucial role in advancing our clinical, teaching, and research activities.

About the Position

This is a full-time faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to support clinical services, participate in the education of medical physicist residents and medical residents, and conduct clinical and translational research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clinical services in the Department of Radiation Oncology
  • Participate in the education of medical physicist residents and medical residents
  • Conduct clinical and translational research
  • Develop and implement new treatment protocols and technologies
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to advance the department's research and clinical activities
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in medical physics or a related field. ABR board eligibility and certification in therapeutic radiological physics are preferred.
