About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team at RRM Design Group. As a key member of our Architecture team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our innovative and respectful team environment to deliver high-quality construction documents in Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in producing construction documents in Revit, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of project work scope, task budgets, and produce quality work within these constraints.
  • Occasionally visit project sites for observation, site analysis, documentation, and learning opportunities.
  • Assist with project submittals and reproduction of documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved in a project, including staff, clients, consultants, agencies, and contractors.
  • Take initiative, be a go-getter, and be a strong communicator.
  • Have the ability to interpret sketches/design drawings and prepare presentation or CAD work, as well as read redline corrections and incorporate them into the documents.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of practical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of construction practices, and computer applications and trends.
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • A passion for architectural design.

Compensation

Base salary is competitive and based on skill and experience, ranging from $27-$41.25/hr.
