Responsibilities- Lesson Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in our two-year-old students.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes social skills.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support a team of teachers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of care and education.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with two-year-old children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification and ability to obtain Alabama State DHR Childcare Licensing Performance Standards requirements.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for early childhood education.
