Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and schedules to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project meetings and progress updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Knowledge of construction management software, including Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, and Field ID.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
