About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including surgical and non-surgical patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated Salary:$120,000 per year based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
