Position Overview:

The primary role of the Functional Coordinator is to deliver advanced clerical and administrative assistance to a specific functional area by managing a variety of intricate tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Completion of high school education or equivalent. Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at a college, university, or technical institution.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative position handling and resolving complex tasks.
  • Familiarity with OFAC, SAM, CAIVRS, ETRAN, or similar systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong motivation, focus, and goal orientation.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail, planning, and follow-up.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for report and policy preparation.
