District Leader overseeing hair salons. The District Leader will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and termination of salon

managers and/or stylists, necessitating strong decision-making and leadership capabilities. A valid cosmetology and/or

barbering license is mandatory. Daily travel is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the home salon for three days each week while overseeing three additional salons with managers for the remaining two days.
  • Work full-time, committing 35-40 hours weekly.
  • Availability to work most weekends is essential.
  • Conduct audits of salon schedules to ensure alignment with business demands.
  • Guarantee all salon schedules are adequately covered and step in to cover shifts when necessary.
  • Recruit and train salon managers and their teams.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness across all salons.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in each salon.
  • Address any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Proficiency with computers is required, along with a willingness to troubleshoot as needed.
  • Establish sales targets for salons and provide coaching to help teams achieve these goals.
  • Participate in weekly calls and collaborate with peers and the Regional Director.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage of $25.
  • Comprehensive health care benefits at $70 per paycheck.
  • Paid time off, including vacation time for full-time employees.
