Job Overview

Position Summary

The Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in the overall operations of the warehouse, engaging in various tasks such as pulling, loading, staging, and replenishing inventory. A solid understanding of material handling and radio frequency equipment is essential for this position.

Loader Responsibilities: Loaders are tasked with assembling delivery loads of diverse packages onto pallets, preparing them for shipment, and loading them onto trucks or into storage containers. They utilize our ordering system to process loads, which are then converted into load sheets for completion. Additional duties may include nightly clean-up, equipment upkeep, and maintaining overall organization within the warehouse.

Stager Responsibilities: Stagers are responsible for organizing finished goods and inventory using both manual and mechanical means for further processing. They may also employ warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy and control.

Replenisher Responsibilities: Replenishers focus on staging finished goods and inventory for further processing, ensuring that inventory accuracy is upheld through the use of warehouse management systems.

Puller Responsibilities: Pullers are in charge of scanning and retrieving products from storage racks to the dock staging area. They also palletize orders and verify their accuracy before pulling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks, completing necessary daily inspection sheets.
  2. Inspect pallets prior to loading, ensuring no unwrapped pallets or cases that could fall during transport.
  3. Understand and comprehend route orders.
  4. Organize and stage finished goods effectively.
  5. Replenish stock in designated warehouse locations.
  6. Maintain cleanliness in the dock area.
