The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership, Training, Education, or a related field. Additionally, they should have at least 5 years' experience in Human Resources, organizational development, training, recruiting, or a combination thereof, with a proven track record of planning, developing, implementing, and administering training programs. Leadership experience and certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, APTD, CPTD, or similar are highly desirable.
Leadership and Communication SkillsThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience with Workday HCM and Learning modules. The selected individual will also be able to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
