Air Squared Manufacturing Inc is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our supply chain, focusing on continuously improving on-time delivery, cost, and supplier quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchasing, Warehousing/Logistics, Planning, and Supplier Quality teams. They will partner with Engineering, and Operations leaders to develop and maintain a Supply Chain Strategy that contributes to the overall organization's efficiency, reliability, and profitability.

This key role requires a strong background in supplier management, including selection, qualification, and continuous improvement. Leadership skills are also essential to lead the purchasing, warehouse, planning, and supplier quality team.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing plans for managing supply chain processes for production and operations, spearheading alternative sourcing opportunities, owning material costs, and monitoring supplier performance.

Additionally, this position involves working with Sales and Marketing teams to oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to satisfy resource requirements, as well as initiating continuous and effective communication with all levels inside and outside the organization on activities impacting jobs and progress.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, along with excellent benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, employer-paid long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
