About the Role:

  • We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage our purchasing operations, ensure timely delivery of materials, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of negotiating favorable terms, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage supplier relationships, including qualification, onboarding, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and other procurement-related documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, lead time, or delivery issues
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or a related field, preferably in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment
  • Industry certifications such as CPSM or CSCP are desirable
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
