Are you a sales enthusiast looking to elevate your skills and make a lasting impact on customers? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Best Buy in Manchester, NH.
About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you'll be the face of Sonos, showcasing our innovative home audio products to customers and promoting our brand values. Your primary responsibility will be to execute sales strategies, build relationships with store managers and associates, and engage customers through product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sonos products and their features
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with store personnel to communicate Sonos information and promote sales
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of Sonos products
- Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs
- Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
- A seasonal weekend schedule, with 12 hours per week, Saturdays, and Sundays
