Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Speed Queen Laundry Headland. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, and retail purchases, while handling customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment inside and outside the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
  • Store Cleanliness and Upkeep: Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained at all times, following proper cleaning routines and documenting completion.
  • Retail and Wash/Dry/Fold: Maintain a good visual presentation of retail products, accurately process sales, and provide a consistent quality product to customers.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Effective communication, ability to work with diverse backgrounds, English proficiency, basic computer skills, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
  • Position involves sitting, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, and bending. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
