Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling our home health care services to healthcare professionals, facilities, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and educate potential customers and referral sources about our healthcare services
  • Establish trusted relationships with referral sources and in-house staff
  • Prospect for new accounts and maintain current accounts
  • Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Participate in in-service programs and the HHA's QAPI program
  • Maintain consistent attendance and submit all credentials in a timely manner
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of healthcare, home health, or hospice sales experience
  • Licensed clinical experience is preferred
  • Established community relationships and connections
  • Excellent people and relationship skills
  • Strong ability to present and effectively communicate
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated personality, self-starter, genuine, empathetic, problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable regarding standards of practice for all services offered
  • Valid and current driver's license and evidence of automobile insurance
