Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on assigned units. You will ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely, consistent with the unit's standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on assigned units
- Ensure quality care is provided efficiently and safely, consistent with the unit's standards of care
- Demonstrate performance consistent with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization
- Treat staff, physicians, patients, and families with consideration and respect
- Ability to handle emergency/crisis situations and prolonged standing and walking
- Requires heavy physical effort for positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients or equipment and supplies
- Involves considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching
- Requires the ability to judge distance and space relationships, see peripherally, distinguish and identify different colors
- Hearing and visual acuity must be within normal or correctable limits
- Manual dexterity and fine motor coordination are required
- Subject to exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays
- Work in a clean, well-lit, ventilated, smoke-free environment
- Subject to stressful professional relationships and varied working hours with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies
