Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS Certification required or within 2 weeks of hire date
• All other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date
Working Conditions:
The Clinical Nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, communicate clearly and concisely, and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
Physical Requirements:
The Clinical Nurse will be required to stand for long periods, walk, and move quickly and safely in response to patient needs. The ideal candidate will be able to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed, and maintain good physical stamina to meet the demands of the job.
